UMFÍ emphasises good organisation and professional working methods that are transparent and efficient, guided by responsibility and democracy. Well-being and a good working atmosphere are promoted, where a strong team works ambitiously to improve the work of the youth association movement.
UMFÍ’s aim is for its staff to have interdisciplinary knowledge and to be diverse and well coordinated, with appropriate different strengths and specialisations.
